How do I create a competition?

Tap the Competitions tab, then tap Create. Choose your mode, exercise, and round frequency, then invite your friends.

What are the competition modes?

Stax On — Reps increase every round. Miss a round and you're eliminated. Last one standing wins.
Streak — Same target every round. See how long you can keep it going.
Sprint — One round, maximum reps. Highest score wins.

What happens if I miss a deadline?

In Stax On and Streak modes, missing a deadline means elimination. Enable push notifications so you never miss a round.

How do I add friends?

Go to your profile, scroll to the Friends section, and search for other users by name. You can also share competition invite links directly.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Home > Settings > Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data.
